One cup came broken, very disappointing I just don't understand why they took the cups out of their box. I ordered as a Christmas gift thank goodness I checked.

the holder isnt sturdy or made well
they dont fit perfectly on top of each other worse part is the metal holder wiggles isnt made well mugs are wide enough an can fit my finger through fingle hole

Nice for the price but cups don't fit properly in each other than shown. Must rearrange cups for a proper fit

Cups don't fit exactly inside each other so you have to switch them around a lot to figure out which one goes where

Good product bad packing!
I like the product but it arrived with a broken mug and a bent frame. I can understand the mug breaking in shipment, but the bent frame must have happened prior. There is no way shipping would bend metal

I loved the cups and the wire rack, but when I opened the package one cup was cracked and the wire rack was bent very badly. I could not straighten the wire rack, so I could not use them. I was very disappointed. this is the first time I have ever gotten bad merchandise from Walmart. I am hesitant to order anything else. Thank you and I am so sorry this happened.
