Great value toaster!
Excellent all around toaster, easy clean and simple to use. Ever since bagels became a thing, most toasters have WIDE slots and that is where good bread toast has been very hard to get until we tried this one. Very good value!

BRUSHED STAINLESS EASY TO USE TOASTER
PERFECT TOASTER, USED THIS MORNING FOR ENGLISH MUFFINS, NICE EVEN BROWN, AND I LIKE THE CANCEL BUTTON ON THE TOP SIDE, WORKS GREAT. NICE FINISH MATCHES MY APPLIANCES. GREAT PRICE TOO. COMES WITH LONG ENOUGH CORD TOO, NOT SHORT AT ALL.

Best toaster I ever bought
This toaster has great features. My two best is the defrost button for frozen waffles and the bagel button that you can also use for buns, it will only tost the inside so you don't get a burned bun/bagel too.

HB 2 slice toaster
This replaced a plastic covered toaster until I could find a Hamilton Beach to replace the 10 year old one that had. Love it and this one is a bigger one but the settings are the same, perfect bagel/toast without the uneven heating on a side! Seems heavier and more durable than my 1st HB toaster.

Pretty dark toast even on lower settings. Does well with standard sliced bread and big enough for bagels too

Toaster seems good if only it was not damaged.
Second Time Around. This is the second time I ordered this toaster. The first one was received damaged and I returned it only to have the second one damaged as well.

what happened to a toaster getting toast right...
What ever happened to it being easy to find a toaster that actually toasts? It's not rocket science, it's toasting bread! Seems like the more bells and whistles they try to put in, the less functionality is there. This thing toasts more heavily on one side than the other and it either leaves the bread just warmed, white and not toasted or burned to a crisp. It used to be that you put toast in a toaster and just forgot about it til it popped. No more-now you have to babysit it all the way through toasting or end up scraping the burnt parts off.

It doesn't toast evenly. One side of the bread is darker than the other no matter what the setting. Doesn't matter if it's bread or English muffins.
