I am fussy and this toaster was just what I needed to complete my Nautical Kitchen. The color was perfect, I like the look in the toaster feature, and it very fast to toast. Very affordable. I would recommend this toaster who likes to match toaster with their decor. Great Purchase!
I received my blue %26 cute toaster! I thought well before I buy it I will read the reviews. They seem to be okay. And I wanted it mostly because I wanted it so I could keep an eye on my toast through the window. I had not ever had a toaster that you could see through the window. So I tried it out it has several different options for your liking on how you like your toast light to dark and it is wide for bagels, and use it for frozen waffles and pop tarts. I would recommend this little toaster.
This product yes this style no. We had an elongated one we use prior to this and it toasted perfectly. This toaster does not!
Works well. Fun to watch the toast turn brown. Bagel setting is off. If you want a warm toasted bagel you will have to set it higher than you would for toast. Toasting is uneven. The inside center has 2 elements and browns quicker and darker than the front (where the window is) which toasts lighter. So you'll need to adjust to your preferences. Maybe they should have just one element for the inside of the toaster like on the outside
It's very pretty. I love the look on my kitchen counter. It toasts well but I'm glad I can see the bread through the window. The back cooks faster than the front. It took a couple of tries but I figured out when to cancel the cooking to get perfectly toasted bread. bagels and english muffins fit well in it. The activation lever will raise those smaller items enough to grab them. I love it.
The window feature is nice, unfortunately the toast browns unevenly by wide margins.
Wife put in 2 pop tarts and pushed it down. When it was done made a pop-up sound, but it was jammed. Had to force the handle up and the pop tarts broke off on the bottom ends. Also, bread burns on top, and the heating elements aren't glowing evenly. I really wanted to like this toaster because of the viewing window but the design is not that good. The toaster is bulky and takes up more room than a regular toaster. Wound up just reordering the same toaster we threw out after 7 years.
It only worked for a few days before it broke When it did work the toast either was burned or not toasted No matter what setting
The sides don't heat evenly and one piece will be much more tossted than the other, by a lot. And no matter what setting it's at, you get different levels of toast every time. The design is cool to look at, but the glass is a major functional design flaw.
One side of the bread toast, the other side of the same slice of bread burns. I have made sure the bagel mode is off. Sometimes one side burns and the other side doesn't toast. I am referring to the sides of the same slice of bread not the sides of the toaster, however the same thing happens on the other side of the toaster also.
