MARCO POLO Mild Ajvar Red Pepper Spread 19.3 oz

This item is great for people who can't eat tomato-based products. The taste is marvelous. I use it in my fish dishes. On sandwiches and other food too. But it's not in the stores and shipping the product is difficult. I use it often and buying online is the problem. The jars become loose causing leakage during shipment. Which means you must reorder the item. However, I recommend this product. I would like it back in the stores for easy access.

This is a great snack — low calorie, not too much sodium, nice mild flavor. I can eat it with a spoon tho my wife likes it with crackers.

Wonderful product I would recommend it to everyone. You can cook so many ways with it like chicken or beef instead of tomato.

Still great but their older mild formulation without added sugar or oil was my favorite. Still tasty.

This is exactly what they serve us at our local Turkish restaurant. It is very mild but tasty. I eat it right from the jar w pita or crackers. You could add this to a charcuterie board to look extra fancy. Absolutely delicious.

The product is great, and I use quite a bit of it in pasta sauces, meat dishes and cheese spreads. Unfortunately, the parcel it was mailed in was poorly packed. One of four jars shattered. This item used to be available for pick-up, but hasn't been for a while. It really needs to be available for pick-up.

It still has plastic pieces or whatever the heck they are.I used to purchase it before then stopped and started to purchase it again.I see they deleted their bad reviews.I won't purchase again.I called the distributor Krinos Foods at was told it's all natural.I dt believe the hard stringy parts are what they say.

Jars showed up busted and rolling around in box.
