This bench is perfect. Very sturdy and so easy to assemble. Took me maybe an hour to put together. The leg attachment comes off which was a concern for me when I purchased the bench because it didn't say anywhere that the leg attachment was removable. I use this bench daily for presses, or legs, or abs. This was a great purchase.
Was able to put it together, on my own, in under an hour...So it is easy to assemble. I weigh 300 pounds and the bench has remained sturdy through all angles of benching, military pressing, and the leg extension and curls move quite nice with 210 lbs on it. I would of liked wider pads for the leg portion, that said, it is sturdy and well worth the money.
This is a nice bench. It took about one hour to build. I love that it has a leg extension option as well.
Extensive assembly was required, and I found the instructions simple and concise. The packaging labeled each component clearly, so the logically sequential instructions were easy to follow. The quality of the product's construction is very good.
Great bench, solid with easy assembly. Easy to move and add weights. Rehabbing my left quad and it is perfect for that. Only downfall is the cushioning on the seat and backrest. They are full and supportive, but when I try to adjust the backrest to the most upright position, the cushions from each part push against each other and prevent me from locking in this position. I use the second most upright and it feels great. Would recommend.
I chose this model because I wanted the leg curl attachment but without a huge footprint. The packaging and instructions made it easy to assemble. With my son's help it was done in 45 minutes. It is definitely only home use durability and is not going to fit a person over 6ft tall. And if I could change the design I would make it so the leg curl could move 5 more degrees, but overall it is suiting my purposes. Im a 5'10 female who's in training for half marathons, coaching my middle school son's basketball team, and life's adventures.
Everything about this bench works great for me. There is no way to hook your feet or legs when using decline, it makes it quite unsuitable for decline pressing or ab work.
Great addition to my home gym. Simple and sturdy. A little disappointed in the packaging, two of the pads were loose in the box and were crushed and deformed and won't return to their intended shape. Still good for the price!
First, it is in many pieces and they are not labeled. You have to take them all out and figure out what they are. Then, the hamstring curl is not good at all. It really really hurt my knees. Could be it is meant for someone shorter or the padding is too thin. The the quad curl no problem at all, works great. It does come with clips that can work on plates with small holes or larger holes with an adapter. It does feel solid and the seat does adjust for incline bench press or fly etc. I did want the hamstring curl but after taking forever to put together I am not taking it apart so will deal,
Arrived with missing parts. I called and they said they would ship part... 2 weeks later and still waiting for parts. Also, directions are not good. Can't review the machine because I haven't been able to use it.
