Not an instant but over a few weeks CURED
I had a dry cough for about 2 years and it was gradually getting to the point of throat rawness and my sleep was suffering. Besides this liquid, and some capsules the cough got less and less over a few weeks and it was so much improved that I thought I would try to do without for awhile. Even after I quit taking it, I kept getting better to the point that I feel completely cured. I am sure that this liquid marshmallow root was much more potent than the capsules. If I ever start to feel the cough coming back I won't hesitate to start taking this again.

Works great
I know liquid herbs don't taste great but do get into the system faster, which is great. This works great on the respiratory system. I actually love the liquid form for my cat- she has asthma and it really helps with the coughing when I give it to her. Plus it's alcohol free, which is what I look for
