Considering the price point, it seems well constructed; the kit has all one would need. There were three significant issues in this case, however. The first is that the remote control simply did not work; it would turn the camera off, but nothing else. Second is that the wi-fi function could not be made to work because the cell phone app needed to utilize it was (at least to me) unuseable and, after installing, not even seen on the phone apps, and so the "other" means of remote control is also null. The third is that the camera (via the USB connection, seen as UVC in my Ubuntu 20.04.4 system) is for unknown reasons not useable in MS Teams (black screen), although Teams actually DOES detect, and use, the stereo mic on the camera. The camera is used OK by Zoom, and by the VA's HealtheVet platform, but is not detected by the OS' resident webcam app, Cheese. I bought the kit to do studio and field recording, but it's a real bummer that I have to switch to a $20 webcam for the one online video thing I do a lot...Teams. FWIW, we made sure the Teams app was the correct one, and up to date. My recommendation is that, if you need a "real" 4KUHD cam for anything but direct web work, this is a great buy. Otherwise, though, it could be disappointing. IMHO. Oh...and I didn't get a chance to test the night vision, etc. I'm assuming those are fine.
