MaryRuth Organics Liquid Nighttime Multimineral for Sleep Support, Mineral Supplement, Coconut Flavor, Sugar-Free, 15.22 oz, Magnesium Citrate

I decided to try this product for six months, this is the end of the first. The taste is awful unless I put it in orange juice. The peach mango gives the juice a nice flavor, at least 2-4oz of juice. I'm trying it because so many seem to love the results. Come June/July I'll be able to give a real honest review 🤞.

This liquid vitamin works so well.... definitely take when you are ready to go to sleep. I wake up so relaxed and refreshed. My energy level is off the charts. I can always tell if I miss a couple off days. If you have insomnia definitely try this you would be amazed at how a mineral imbalance can effect your rest and tension in your body.

Works great. My husband and son said they had the greatest sleep of their lives after taking this. No grogginess in the morning. Have bought many times.

I love this because I have a special needs child that is fed my tube and she is able to get her vitamin intake through her tube. But it tastes great. Better than muscle relaxers prescribed for her.

Tastes like coconut and works great. I give it to my 2 year old who has some issues with his sleep. He now sleeps peacefully through the night (most of the time).

This takes using for a few days,it did for me at least but by the third day I noticed I had slept more than I usually do which is good,and there was no morning grogginess either which is great

I tried this product and the taste is off putting. I would say it's similar to sunscreen (tasted the way it smells) I don't think the product did much in the helping me sleep department but extra minerals and vitamins seem like a bonus but I'd rather just take their daily liquid vitamin which all taste good.

Oh my gosh! I feel so bad for this seller who is selling this Mary Ruth's product if they are an independent. I checked the ingredients and I swear I can have all of these things. I felt like I was going to pass out. Please don't buy this. They altered this or something and it's dangerous to your health.

I wanted to like this. But the taste is terrible and for as expensive as this is,you'd be better off going with Spoiled Child. The daytime kind is even more horrible tasting.. I won't be buying this ever again. Went back to SP..better value,better tasting and definitely works. I suggest the E27 pineapple,the magnesium liquid and their mega vitamin.

I am fortunate the bottle cap on this item: Mary Ruth's Organics Liquid Nighttime Multi mineral for Sleep Support (flavor: Coconut ) Had been damaged, allowing me to smell the fluid and feel the consistency gave me the opportunity to smell and feel this over thick liquid and consider it to be more like “coconut lotion” and not a coconut liquid to consume.
