I love Mary Ruth Products
Mary Ruth's Sea Moss is great for immunity and natural defense and digestive health. The power giving vitality keeps me strong, active and full of energy. There's significant improvement in my digestive system and gives thanks I've not developed any issues with blood pressure in my life so this product is a great addition to my daily routine without a doubt.

At first, the taste was strange...but after a few days, I got used to it! I enjoy this A LOT more than I thought I would! It definitely does taste like lime, but mixed with seamoss. It has helped with my energy, I'm excited to see what will happen for my health after a few months of use. If you're debating, GO FOR IT! Drink some juice afterwards.

Sea moss
Well, I received this item and honestly, I've taken a whole bottle already and I don't see any changes in my health. It's very thick. It says use a tablespoon but I only use a half a tablespoon because I put it in with my tea and it's just doesn't mix great otherwise I guess it does what it's supposed to do. I'll have to wait and see. I just purchased another bottle.

Good flavor
The flavor is actually pretty good, but I can't say for sure that I saw the results I wanted with it. Being liquid is great because the body absorbs faster, but it also makes it hard to consume. I'm going back to pills.
