Trust me, you won't regret it. It's the only thing that takes the edge off the cramps for me. You still need to probably use some type of aspirin. But my cramps are not nearly as bad with this. This is my holy Grail.
I like to use this during pms. It does help control some of the chaos especially during perimenopause. It has even stopped a hot flash or two.

Ive had troublesome PMS that was like clockwork. 2 weeks before my period the mental & emotional symptoms. 1 week before, the physical symptoms. I took this product in the past, it worked, and I somehow forgot about it maybe because of cutting finances. My symptoms got bad, I researched Chaste Tree Berry, and came to find this herbal again. I have bought many items from MaryRuths and this product included I haven't felt much of a difference - in any aspect. Over hyped - not worth the money. Much like big pharma - this is a "business" but doesn't deliver what the supplements or products are said to do.
