Easy to take and gives pep
This is very easy to take, best to take after food. It definitely gives energy and makes one feel better. Usually supplements rarely get finished in my household, this one is almost gone and another requested. It seems to work much better than the tablet/capsules.

Men's Mary Ruth Vitamin
I purchased this item for my husband. I think it was a great buy as far as the quantity and benefits. The only suggestion I have is to try a different flavor due per the review of my husband. Other than that, we have no complaints. I also have purchased the Mary Ruth Hair Growth Multivitamin and the Children's Morning Multivitamin.

Taking this vitamin daily and I feel great. Definitely tell the difference in the amount of each vitamin my body gets vs when taking the pill form vitamin. Highly Recommend

High quality liquid multi-vitamin
Our family loves the ease of taking our vitamins in liquid form. Absorbs into our bodies faster - has great flavor and better than worrying about swallowing multiple pills!!
