We tried this for lingering respiratory symptoms after influenza. The dropper was ease to use and the taste was totally fine. We tried multiple things so it's hard to say if this specifically made a difference. However, with the ease of use and pleasant taste we are definitely going to use it again.

Had flu and pneumonia and breathing gear tough. This helped throat feel better. Hard to tell if it helped overall respiration but tastes great and I'm still taking it for overall respiration health for a while

Had a lingering cough after a super fun cold ran through the household. I decided to try this and I feel like it helped! Took it once a day before bed, no side effects that I noticed. The taste is not the best in my opinion but tolerable.

I did notice that I was able to get up more phlegm when I was consistently using this, and it was a quick way to get mullein without foraging and then waiting on a tincture.
