Taste is not the greatest. But if you need to have these vitamins they're good. Will not upset your stomach. They're olive oil based so be prepared. Easy to digest. I recommend them.

Living in the north, vitamin D is very important. I take this year round and I like it's got the proper balance with K. It doesn't have much flavor, but I take other Mary Ruth's liquid vitamins which have amazing flavor so I bury this one in the middle. It seems to have great absorbency because I have not been deficient in D since shortly after I started taking it.

I have been severely devoid in Vitamin D for the longest time (14 was my count almost every time I was tested.). The prescription Vitamin D made me ill. The over the counter pills made me ill. And to boot all they did was make me ill - none of the Vitamin D was absorbed. Then I found this spray. I have had no illness due to this spray (which does NOT burn me, nor does it taste rancid! I don't get these other reviews.) and my Vitamin D count is finally that of a human! Thank you Mary Ruth! I'm human again!

This product is easy to use & I have been able to get my children to take it no problem. I just give them I drink for after & they let me spray it right in their mouths. I started giving it to them this winter, along with other Mary Ruth vitamins & they haven't gotten any sicknesses yet, even though we have been around some. So I am definitely excited about it.

I love the whole lot approximately this product. The bottle comes with a spray nozzle, so while you spray it into your mouth it doesn’t cross everywhere. The product is all natural and made in small portions. There is a tale about the beginnings of the common the container, which makes the product sense homemade and not mass produced. There's no taste or smell to the oil.

I have been using this supplement for a few months now. I like taking it because this spray covers two supplements (Vitamine D3 & Vitamine K2) which I have to take them every day ( doctor's order). It tastes good & I trust the maker of the supplement that is Mary Ruth Organics.

Top notch ingredients and I felt the difference right away! It is hard to find a supplement that is organic and pure. This is the best vitamin D3 with K2 that I could find with nothing artificial and not excessive in terms of daily values (exactly at 100%)!

I truly wanted to experience this product.. Health practitioner simply advised me i have a vitamin D deficiency and located this product. However the taste makes me gag. So i bought the coconut dream multivitamin from mary Ruth's and it's no longer that first-rate in taste but a lot higher than this.

needed to increase my vitamin D and was delighted to find that MaryRuth's offered a D3 supplement. I admit in my zeal, that I did not fully read the description and when it arrived I just looked at the dosage and sprayed it. I was taken aback that it tasted like pure olive oil. That's when I noticed that the carrier oil is indeed olive oil. It took a couple days to get use to, but now it is fine and a welcome addition to my morning routine.
