I've been using this to fight water retention. It definitely seems to work. I just put a dropperfull in a small glass of water. Pleasant taste. I do wish it cost less, though.

I've been incorporating this with the Liquid Iron and Vitamin C. The combination of these three is supposed to help absorption to increase Iron uptake. Although I haven't currently found a difference with my anemia, I do expect to in the future (takes three months to see changes on bloodwork). Glad I tried, I do feel better!

I bought these because I read a study that suggested stinging nettle could help alleviate allergy symptoms. My allergies are awful this year, so I thought it was worth trying. So far, I am not sure if it is helping, but I have only been taking it for a week. I will try to update after 30 days of use. I only rated it 4 stars because the flavor makes me gag. I don't like the sweetness added to it.

Not sure if it’s from stinging nettle or just from being consistent with Mary Ruth organic liquid multivitamin and nighttime multi mineral but since I’ve been taking the stinging nettle I haven’t gotten sick from horrible cold coughs that my entire extended family got, even the ones who never get sick. I also noticed more energy which could be from better blood sugar balance and lower inflammation and easier generalized detoxification because with Lupus I can tend to have problems with that that results in lymph node pain or arm pain from stagnant lymph nodes. It’s been much better! I will continue to taking longer to see what else might improve.
