Abusive substitution
Order date: Sat, Aug 8, 2026 Order number: 2000151-24054179 I ordered 3 padlocks for $20.97 ($6.67 ea). Received substitution, same padlock, 2, and was charged $39.48 ($19.74 ea). I did not catch the email till now advising of the substitution, and opened when they arrived. Please check this out, but I feel like I am owed $26.17.

Beware of this Master lock
I do not recommend this lock, it's not unlocking and won't come off my back gate since we had some rain. Totally useless for me.

Was outside for a month in Florida and already has signs of calcium and rust build up. It's hard to open now. Will not buy again. It is not weather resistant.

Solid Lock
Locking mechanism seems solid enough and weather resistant was a plus due to all the dust where I work. It will keep out polite thieves for a reasonable price.
