I have had a few smokers in my day, but this is the best. First out: brisket, sausage, ribs, pheasant, quail and chicken thighs. plenty of room and all were excellent.

Masterbuilt Smoker is GREAT!!!!! Uses half the wood chips prev. smoker did. Two problems, sometimes blows GFI and when it gets up to temperature shuts off and drops 50 degrees F and then goes back up to set temp., so you have to watch it. Does a perfect job, cooked a 7 lb. duck with dressing, it was delicious and we cold smoked farmers sausage and they turned out excellent.

This thing works great heats up to what ever temp you need. Easy to use. Only bad mark is I wish it was wider have to put ribs in at an angle.

Great bang for the buck! I had never done smoking before and I wanted something simple. So far, all of my foods A have come out great. This little smoker does the job!

it is great smoker and the temp gage helped. the only downfall s iit woud be.easier to move with wheels.

This is a great product gets the job done, very easy to assemble, I don't smoke to often so this is a great non expensive investment for recreational cooks

Smoker is much cheaper on the Masterbuilt's site. The temperature gauge is slightly damaged so it was not working. I have not seen where I can order placement parts.

I was excited to get the smoker, it works very efficiently and consistently so far. I was however, extremely disappointed that the paint on the very first day using it orange, peeled and bubbled off of the door seal. I'm not sure quite yet how to repair itor if it needs repair.

This smoker won't maintain a proper smoking temperature of 225 degrees - the heating element isn't strong enough, and so even at maximum strength it keeps dropping to around 175 degrees after the initial heat burst from the wood chips dies down. Masterbuilt was good enough to send me a replacement heat element, but the problem persists.
