The biggest problem i have with this card is that it gives u limits where u can use it. Im sorry but i loaded the card with my own money to use online so not to use my bank card but it wont allow me to use on Google Play which is ridiculous and it won't let me use it to buy coin packages on the FREE ONLINE CASINOS THE FREE ONES. I just you think it's wrong that it picks and chooses where you use the card when it's your own money you actually are doing them a favor by using their card to put it on and they want to pick and choose and I think it's wrong.
I am going to try and cancel this order. The recipient could not find how to activate it in a timely manner.. I thought any e- card could be used anywhere without creating an account. Very frustrating and disappointing. The live customer service person was not helpful and the live chat was dropped.
I purchased the e-gift card on 12/18. I added the card to my Google pay. I continuedy shopping %26 was looking for a specific gift card. When I found the gift card %26 purchased it, it declined my card. I had accidentally not switched over to my debit card. The merchant tells me the card was declined %26 they didn't take any money at all. Mastercard says they took $25 %26 if was an unauthorized transaction even though I told them it was my mistake %26 the card was declined. Now, MasterCard has put a hold on the card %26 will not release my card until after 12/27. I will never buy another gift card from MasterCard ever again. Customer service was awful, supervisor was worse %26 I just want my money back. They deserve 0 stars.
Problem with delivery, AI can't help and says I can talk to a live agent, then transfers me to Capital One Bank. Impossible to get real help and no refunds on gift cards. I won't buy any more gift cards or purchase any item over $15-$20 anymore from walmart. It is way too risky.
I did not appreciate this card at all. It doesn't allow you to purchase anything, and when you call to ask for help they send you 145 FAQs that are not helpful. You end up with money on a card that you can never get back. What makes this even more interesting is that this e-gift card never expires so you can always be reminded that you have money sitting somewhere that you will never get back. This card is virtually useless and did I mention you can never get a refund? I was told that I can go to the store to request a cash out, but that is if there is someone working that understands the confusing rules that surround this card. I will never purchase this card for anyone else.
I will never in my life order another one of these e-cards. It does not come with a scan. You only can do it by typing it in or placing the number in. I tried doing that yesterday and a security risk came up, but guess what now? Walmart can't help me because it's by Sutton bank And Sutton Bank won't answer the phone or give me a call back and I've called them multiple times, but they're continuously busy.
order went through perfect by time e card appears in my email there was something wrong with the card it shows the amount on there but says it is on hold when I called to figure out what is going on they said they have to refund the money back and it's going to take 10 days
Please heed the warnings and DO NOT PURCHASE this card. I added $300 to an e-gift card and when I opened the email it said my card could not be used. When I called customer service they said the card was invalid and they would send me a check in the mail in 3 weeks. I asked for a refund and they said they could only send a check. So, pretty much just lost $300.
You're unable to add it to your Apple Pay. You're unable to add it to Cash app or Venmo or to your wallet you're unable to add it most places online and you have to contact the Card issue who isn't Walmart which you bought it from so you have to go through a whole Nother company just to get help.
It keeps getting declined. Even when you try to use a fraction of the total amount. When you call customer service, they tell you repeadedly that you are charging over your alloted amount. I kept explaining I am not. i was trying to ise 100 from 175 dollar gift, and then on another prepaid card I was trying to charge 100 from a 500 gift card and they kept telling me I am over charging. The customer service representative told me tjat I am not listening and keep repeating the same thing. He said the issue was with and the cards are being declined because I am charging over my amount. I told him I am not. The representive repeadedly kept over talking me. It is very frustrating to pay the money for a card you cannot use, and customer service IS NOT HELPFUL. I asked to speak to a mager or supervisor and the customer service person put me on hold, then came back on the phone, then said tje supervisor isn't taking calls right now. Terrible card that you can't use, andnyou can't get the help to resolve the issue.
