The Mastercard Silver Bowtie eGift Card is honestly one of the best gift options out there! 🎁 It's so versatile because it can be used pretty much anywhere Mastercard is accepted, which makes it perfect for birthdays, holidays, or even just a little treat for yourself. I love that you can choose the amount from $20 all the way up to $500—it gives so much flexibility depending on the occasion. The design is super sleek and classy with the silver bowtie, making it feel extra special and thoughtful as a gift. The process to buy and use it was quick and hassle-free, and I had no issues redeeming it. Yes, there's a small purchase fee, but honestly, that's expected with prepaid cards and totally worth it for the convenience and freedom it provides. If you're ever stuck on what to get someone, this card is a no-brainer. You can't go wrong with giving someone the gift of choice. I'll definitely be purchasing these again in the future!
I am going to try and cancel this order. The recipient could not find how to activate it in a timely manner.. I thought any e- card could be used anywhere without creating an account. Very frustrating and disappointing. The live customer service person was not helpful and the live chat was dropped.
I will never in my life order another one of these e-cards. It does not come with a scan. You only can do it by typing it in or placing the number in. I tried doing that yesterday and a security risk came up, but guess what now? Walmart can't help me because it's by Sutton bank And Sutton Bank won't answer the phone or give me a call back and I've called them multiple times, but they're continuously busy.
I did not appreciate this card at all. It doesn't allow you to purchase anything, and when you call to ask for help they send you 145 FAQs that are not helpful. You end up with money on a card that you can never get back. What makes this even more interesting is that this e-gift card never expires so you can always be reminded that you have money sitting somewhere that you will never get back. This card is virtually useless and did I mention you can never get a refund? I was told that I can go to the store to request a cash out, but that is if there is someone working that understands the confusing rules that surround this card. I will never purchase this card for anyone else.
eGift Card is impossible to use, because it can not be registered to a name or address online purchases are declined. You can add it to your google wallet, but instore merchants do not accept. Basically they take your money for a card that can not be utilized.
Don't purchase this card whenever they send it to you in your email and you click on view or print your E gift card. There is no E gift card it actually says there is no server and there's no website domain and when you call the one 800 number they give you it tells you to go to balance.mastercardgiftcard.com and when you go there it tells you that there's a problem connecting to the server and there's no such domain so you wasted your money and there's no refunds so they get your 200 or $500 money for your gift card that you never get or it's never returned to you Walmart should definitely have caught that this is a scam.
i couldnt use this terrible card anywhere!! and no help at all from Walmart or the issuing bank, they basically just stole 96 bucks from me. do no buy this, or better yet avoid walmart altogether, online or in store its just one terrible experience after another!
Problem with delivery, AI can't help and says I can talk to a live agent, then transfers me to Capital One Bank. Impossible to get real help and no refunds on gift cards. I won't buy any more gift cards or purchase any item over $15-$20 anymore from walmart. It is way too risky.
Couldn't add to apple pay nor could it be used to add as a debit card payment for certain services. Asked for refund and was told I would get sent a check %26 it would make it to me in 3 weeks smh. Waste of money now i have to figure out how %26%26 where i can use it online. Would not recommend at all!!!!
These egift cards are easy to purchase and that was the only thing that was easy about it. My husband purchased 4 of them as gifts and we never do that again. The only place that it didnt decline was at Kwik Star if I used it as tap on the gas pumps and McDonalds. I even tried using mine at Walmart (on West Kimberly Rd) and after 3 different employees tried to help me just to be told that Walmarts system isnt aet up to take the egift card. Even though it says right on the website that these could be used online or instore. It was 2 hours on the phone 4 different times before I finally got someone to look into the issue and then was told the only thing they could do was send me a refund check for the remaining balance . I got that check about 3 weeks after that phone call. I definitely do not recommend purchasing these . Especially after I spend some time shopping just to get to the register and the card was declined even after customer service told me everything was good with the card. Embarrasing to get declined with a Walmart egift card is an understatement!
