it's great that it's super simple to purchase and to send to someone but if anything ever goes wrong with it forget about Walmart giving you your money back that's the con of it

I will never order a card online again. I ordered a card for my wife and she never received it. She had wait until I got home so I can look at my email. Lucky it was there.

Not happy at all. Purchased as a gift but when it was rcvd by the recipient, it said -0- Balance available. I lost $250 and their customer service was the worst!

You suck you take people money and the cards don’t work and you don’t even refund them back there money because y’all wanna keep the money even when they give you proof you still don’t get it back. If you give it back, you give it back one not the other.

No code was sent to receipitant can't use card. That's 3 cards that didn't work. That total of $105 that didn't let cards go through! Want something done!

I ordered a 15 dollar gift card and it said it was delivered via email but upon checking it it was never delivered. I have tried several times in the past and all failed.

I tried to buy a $300 iTunes card for a gift and it would not let me purchase it. It went through my bank, but it said Walmart would not let it go through. if you're not going to allow iTunes cards to go through over a certain amount, then you shouldn't have them.
