Matrix Biolage Keratindose Shampoo 33.8 oz

I've been using this for years. It's the only shampoo and conditioner duo that works for me. I dye my hair every 3 weeks, and this product makes my hair soft and manageable. It never builds up on my hair, so I don't have to change shampoos every so often. Matrix, to me, is the premier hair care company, and I won't use any other brand.

I ordered 2 bottles for $30 shampoo and when received shipment, one bottled was cracked and leaking. I returned the cracked bottle to my local Walmart and was given a receipt with a FEDEX tracking %23. 6 days later FedEx is saying they have no number in their system. I want my $32 refund.

I absolutely love this shampoo. It leaves my hair soft and smelling great.

Best shampoo I've ever used for damaged hair. I've tried many others but find myself coming back to the Matrix Biolage. Been using for years.

The price was good for the quantity was great; however, I received a product that I didn't order. On the packaging it stated that the product had a new look, but it was different.

I don't know why another shampoo was sent in its place.
