Matrix Biolage Ultra HydraSource Shampoo & Conditioner Liter

I have always loved this shampoo. It smells amazing. It keeps my hair super hydrated and healthy. I stopped using it for a few months and I regret it! Since I started using it again my hair has never looked better!

I've been using both the shampoo and conditioner for at least 30 years now. That pretty much says it all.

I g absolutely REFUSE To use any hair products other than Matrix Biolage due to severe skin allergies that are tremendously painful. Matrix is literally the only product that I can use without having a reaction and it makes my hair smell and feel amazing. I gave it a 2 star rating because I ordered ULTRA hydra source and received just Hydrasource. There's a big difference but I wasn't ready to wait another week or more to get the correct ones.

This product is very expensive. The shampoo is fine, but I did not receive conditioner. I didn't realize until my hair didn't feel right that it is "detangler" instead of conditioner. So mad!

The Biolage conditioner is NOT the correct kind for what I ordered in the picture online . I have been going through this problem at other stores with purchasing this product that I love so much ! I am not the only person either that has had problems. It appears that the company has changed their packaging, but it also is not the same ingredients in the bottle . The conditioner has cupuacu butter in it and aloe is not on the bottle .

The products I received did not match the description and picture on the website. They were supposed to be ‘Ultra' Hydra Source shampoo and conditioner. I received Hydra Source shampoo (not Ultra) and Detangling Solution (not Conditioner)
