I have used this brand for about 30 years for brightening my white hair. My Mother used it for her white hair. One of my daughters is a bleached blond, the other daughter is a natural blond. Both use it to brighten their lovely locks. When I had short hair %26 had cuts frequently the beautician used it.

I dont color my hair. My hair is white and since I smoke my hair gets a dingy yellow tint and this shampoo gets rid of that and it looks incredible.

This one not only smells great but it keeps my hair stronger than others, however I don't think the color is as good.

I didn't realize I was getting wrong conditioner. I got purple conditioner but wanted color obsessed conditioner. It smells so good

My friend's hair looked so healthy and nice so I asked her what she did different and she said "the purple shampoo". Her granddaughter had gotten it for her. Her hair looked great. So I bought some 'So Silver" and tried it. My hair feels very nice. You may think it is pricey but you do not use it every day or even every week. It does help to make you feel better when you take care of yourself.

Greying hair tends to get a yellowish / dull color. This product ( use the shampoo AND then the conditioner- leave conditioner in your hair 2-4 mins if you can) this products should soften your hair and leave the color looking brighter. This product worked great for me - there is no one product for everyone. But for fine thin brown greying hair, this is working for me.

I don't think the conditioner is actually a matrix product. it looks different, smells different, is a different color, different texture, and stains my fingernails. The salon purchased Matrix conditioner that I have doesn't do that and I've been using matrix products for several years. Choose wisely.

Conditioner does not get the tangles out of your hair!

there's something not right with this shampoo and conditioner the smell is off leading me to believe they may not be genuine Matrix products as I normally purchase from Ulta or sephora. I have used it for years and am very familiar with how it should smell
