Max & Lily Solid Wood Twin over Twin Bunk Bed with Storage Trundle for Kids, White

I really like the bed, but I think that one of the headboards is backwards. Meaning that the lip faces the wrong way. Once I realized this, I tried to find a way to fix the problem but it is not possible based on where the screw holes are. I'm hoping it does not affect the integrity of the structure. Please reach out if you can help.

I was very leery ordering two sets of bunk beds, especially with not seeing them in person first. . . I spent countless hours searching the Web for the perfect set of beds. . . What I gave most thought to, was what happens if there's a part missing, or damage and so on. . . Am I calling China? Or somewhere else where it'll never get resolved?. . . So. . . after reading the feedback from Max & Lilly, I pulled the trigger on two sets of twin bunk beds in dark blue for my Shore Summer Home. . . I did hire two men to put them together for me. . . I had hoped to do it myself, but my schedule didn't allow. . . It took the two of them 11 hours. . . I was glad I didn't do it! Lols. . . The color is perfect. The quality is also perfect! I am glad I used Max & Lilly would do so again and again. . . they are truly a quality act!

Boxes they are delivered in are quit heavy. Our carrier person or someone who loaded her truck had obviously dropped one of the boxes as there was evidence of this on the box. Part of the bed frame was showing through the box. Upon opening the box for assembly, there was a part of the frame that was smashed. We did not file a claim or return because the smashed piece would be out of site as it was to go against the wall and nobody would see it. In summary about this review Max&Lily needs to consider breaking down the twin bunk beds into two separate boxes to reduce the weight. Our carrier person was not big enough to handle the box this bunk bed came in. Max&Lily, you're asking for trouble with damaged product claims. Also the instructions are poorly written. Questions in your survey have forced multiple choice answers, none of which I would choose.

We love our new bunk. It was easy though time consuming to assemble and my boys 4 and 2 love it. I like that it's not very high off the ground. Perfect for toddlers. It is made of soft wood, maybe pine, so keep in mind that it will dent and get scratches easily if you're not careful. I don't mind though. Hardwood bunks would be SO much more expensive. Super great product

We love this bed for our 3 and 4 year old boys! We are having another baby and had to get crafty with optimizing space and this bed did the trick! It fits well with a 5 or 6 inch mattress and has a tall enough side railing that I have no concern for safety while sleeping on the top bunk. I love that it is low to the ground and is made of great quality materials. Assembly took me approximately 2 hours by myself and was not difficult with the provided instructions. The blue color is more of a navy and it's perfect!

Very happy with this product. One of the pieces did arrive broken. But with glue and a hammer, it was fairly easy to fix. Overall, I really feel like this was a good purchase and I would buy from this company again.

Excellent quality. Very solid. Easy to assemble. It took me 2. 5 hours start to finish with no help. At times a second set of hands would have been helpful but it can be done by one person.

Not thrilled. Confusion with all the emails. Can't tell by the boxes if everything is there or not and I paid for install yet was not given option to schedule at the correct address. Also not sure the quality is going to be what I expected based on the size of the box. So far disappointed and would not recommend

The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because they gave me some of my money back and a touch up pen the majority of the paint was see through and one piece was broken I made the repair myself and five pieces were dented or gouged not shipping related also the instructions were about as clear as mud

One of the parts of the bunk bed arrived completely broken. I reached out to customer service two weeks ago as soon as I received the order and while they were initially responsive, I still have not received the part replacement or any confirmation of the part being shipped even two weeks after my request. Terrible customer service and issue still unresolved.
