I love this treadmill and recommend. It has wide deck and weight limit is 300lbs. It doesn’t have Bluetooth or WiFi so it can not be hacked with hacker flipper device. You don’t need to download some stupid app to use. It is very similar to high end machine at your gym. Looks great in person and is high quality. Buy this one you won’t be disappointed.
Am very happy with this treadmill, perfect for me (age 72) and the walking that I need to do. Is heavy and you need two people to lift the box or slide it. Once opened the treadmill is easily maneuverable. A friend assembled it in about 15-20 min, all tools n stuff were included. The digital screen is easy peasy to read. The rail length is ok, and the 20” belt was a good choice. Overall a good buy!
I purchased this item on Nov. 22. The item arrived very well packaged. To move this package around you will need 2 people. Assembly was very easy. The only challenge was getting to the BMI reading just re-read the instructions and you will get there. Overall, very pleased with the product.
this is an excellent home treadmill. I like how sturdy it is and how easy it is to use. the automatic incline works smoothly and easily. It is very heavy, so be sure to have some strong people to help move it. I don't like the hand bar. You can not grip them as they are too wide to wrap your hands around. However, I make it work because I like everything else so much.
Most treadmills offer settings that start at 0% and move up by 0.5% increments to a maximum of a 15% incline or grade. This treadmill starts @ 3%. The surface starts at an angle that increases 2 inches over a 3 ft distance from the low end to the high end of the running surface which is a 3° incline.
I've only used it a few times but have noticed some things. First off it seems to be a sturdy machine. Speed and incline work fine. Pulse monitor works fine. 20 in wide surface is adequate. It is not 50 inches long. It is 47½ inches long. It would be nice if it was at least 2 inches more in length. I'm 5'9 and occasionally I do hit the end of it. 15 pre-programmed routines are okay if you are using this for running. I use it for walking and never go over 4 mph. Every programmed routine goes over 4 mph. Cannot modify or enter your own. One thing I noticed immediately, is that there's no shock absorption. I have had four other treadmills and each one has had it. This has nothing. so if that's important to you, I would advise against this treadmill. There is no fan or speakers. But to tell you the truth, every one I've had before that has had those two items, they were pretty much worthless.
It came without any visable damage and easy to assamble. But it didn't decline all the way. Also it is narrow and I kept hiting my hands with the rails. I desided to return it and buy a different brand.
Please don't buy this treadmill. First, while it has a high average satisfaction rating, most of the really terrible reviews are in the last year and the positive ratings were from before the summer of 2022. Like other recent reviewers, the treadmill I received inclined to 15% and then wouldn't decline. Walmart customer service gave me the phone number for the company in China. No answer. Email. Company says I need to work with Walmart, because they can't do anything. Another call to Walmart. I explained that a treadmill stuck at 15% won't fit in the original box. They have me call Angie's List who will schedule a mover to come box up this terrible treadmill...at my expense. Nope. I finally used a roll of Gorilla packing tape (a very good product by the way) to tape the box around the treadmill. When I went to schedule a pickup with Fedex, the website said Walmart didn't authorize pickup so I would have to take this 150 lb item to a Fedex store. Call Walmart again. They scheduled the pickup and that piece of garbage is out of my life. I never imagined that a company Walmart supports through their website could sell a product they could not support. It's also very sad that no one would repair the item. I bought the protection plan, but they won't repair an item under a manufacturer warranty unless the manufacturer refuses to honor the warranty. When I asked for that accommodation, they said they won't repair an item that arrived defective. I asked if I had the treadmill repaired at my expense, would they still honor the extended warranty, they said no, that would be an unauthorized expense, voiding the warranty. Lesson learned. Don't buy anything that might need repair and can't be easily returned from Walmart.com.
This came to me damaged and I had bought the protection plan. I am still going in circles trying to figure out how to get it repaired. Highly do not recommend. I don't want to return such a large purchase I would just like it to be repaired and with the protection plan I do not feel this should be my problem.
I hate this treadmill. It’s not flat. It’s “0%” incline is actually still always at what looks and feels like a 2-3% incline. Also, the belt is way too short to be comfortable. I’m 5’8” with long legs and I’m forced to shorten my stride because if I don’t I’ll either fall off the back or I constantly hit my foot on the front of the treadmill. It’s just overall a terrible design. I’ve been trying to return this thing for the past week. The seller literally asked me to either just independently SELL my brand new treadmill or offer me a whopping a $30 refund as it is too inconvenient for them to do the return! Still working with Walmart for to get this thing returned and be refunded.
