Very pleased with this Smith Machine. It arrived earlier than expected and it was VERY well packaged. Not sure why any bad reviews about the instructions because we didn’t see that being a problem. There were a couple scratches and dents on a few things but that’s minor because this home gym will get a lot more of that with daily use. I love that it came with hooks to store the equipment we aren’t using. I also love that it has a place to store the weight plates. Just overall a great machine! We are VERY HAPPY with our purchase!! If you were thinking about purchasing one just do it! You won’t regret it!

Best home gym on the market? No, of course there are better products out there, of course they are twice the price. The five stars are for quality at this price range. It is built well, everything works like a charm and was packaged beautifully. Fast shipping and did I mention how well it's packaged. Seriously though, I couldn't be happier and have already gotten several of my friends to invest in this system as well.

I ordered the Mikolo 1500 lb white squat rack for Christmas. This rack does not disappoint! It has all the bells and whistles you want at a steal of a price. Not having to pay any extra for delivery was the very delicious icing on the already amazing cake. The instructions for putting it together were easy to follow. You have a finished, fully functional product that gives you what you want and more. They even put some extra space in the back of the cage to make moving through and changing weights an absolute breeze. The delivery was a couple days early as well. I could go on but I am holding you up from the blessing that is this squat rack.

The instructions are not the best!

The machine itself is amazing but I have been trying to get ahold of someone from Mikolo because I received two left sided attachments for the dip bars. Only response I have received is them saying that they did not receive the pictures that I sent three separate times. Haven't heard anything back from them at all, worst customer service ever

You can't store plates on the top storage pin without the weight stack on the cables smashing into them. Horrible design. The top rollers should be extended another 1/2”out so the cables don't rub and squeal when they are at the top position doing cross cable exercises. Otherwise it is okay for the price.

The product arrived later than expected, and although all four boxes were eventually delivered, several parts were rusty and some bars were damaged right out of the package. The pulleys were also partly plastic, which was not what I anticipated for this kind of equipment. Overall, I'm very disappointed with the poor condition of the product and the delayed delivery

Our boxes were left in the middle of our driveway in the snow. When I cleared the snow off, the boxes were soaked and soggy. Please see the picture. I'm lucky I went outside when I did to see this. I'm hoping nothing is damaged on the inside. One would hope to get better service when the cost of the product is so high. Not sure who they contract to deliver. We'll see what happens if I don't have all the contents because of this.

While assembling, the top part does not line up with the bar that is the Smith and the chrome bar with pulleys. They basically lean forward and not straight up. I tried contacting the customer support phone number listed and some random person answered that didn't understand what I was saying. I also try messaging the seller via the contact button in the purchase history and only get an error message when sending. Even if I want to return, I can't get a hold of anyone. Suspicious. I would like them to send me the correct part to make it functional.

1st of all shipping was confusing. There were supposedly 4 boxes only 3 came in first. Only reason we found out was because we contacted the seller. 4th box was a few days late. Also, DO NOT GO WITH ANGI INSTALLATION. Angi would only give you 2 hrs which will not be enough for $188 fee. Useless service. When I contacted Walmart and the seller for a refund of the service cause they had some problems with scheduling, Walmart and the seller, Mikolo, said I’m on my own. I have to contact Angi directly to get a refund and contacting this company is a pain in the butt. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! They will offer you a barbell for the headache. That made me LOL. Trying to call the Mikolo directly was a pain in the butt too. They will not answer. They only reply using the Walmart email system which takes a couple of days. Lastly, the equipment itself came with damaged parts.
