Maybelline The City Kits All-in-One Eye

I really love this palette - I am not a makeup expert, and I love having this palette where everything coordinates beautifully with everything else. I see others complaining about the blush, but for me it's perfect! I hope they add this exact blush to their individual blush collection too!

Hi! I love this palette very much! I wrote my whole review before. You'll find it amid the 5 star rated reviews. I am just writing this pretty quick so that maybe I can help out beautiful ladies with any issues with this product and see if I can help them enjoy this product better. The City Kits All-in-One Eye & Cheek Palette tip! One thing I have heard that some ladies struggle with is that this product seems to apply to patchy. I am not sure why. When I use it, I have no problems with patchiness, nor with pigmentation. So, one of the possiblities that may be the reason behind this issue is perhaps they apply the product without setting their foundation. The product would apply easier if their cheeks were powdered first so that the powder of the blush and highlighter can blend easier in the face powder. Natural Beauty Tip! I would also recommend applying the highlighter first before the blush The highlighter mixes in the blush a little, giving a subtle sheen to the blush without taking away from the beautiful matte finish. When I do that, both my highlighter and blush look more natural.

The combo of colors goes well together. And there are so many different looks I can get with just half of the colors in there. I love it and highly recommend it. It is perfect for a classic look for the office and yet great for date night with the hubby. I hope this pallet never goes away. I would like to know the names of the colors though. Incase it ever disappears I can get the individuals. Love it!!

The two options of eye shadow palettes give you the option of a neutral or a slightly smoke version, depending on where you're going. The directions on the back are ideal for people like me, who are new to using more than one color, showing exactly how to apply each of the colors. The blush and highlighters are also great for finishing your look. The only issue I had was that the eye shadow colors that you need to use for majority of coverage of your eyes are the smaller powders, which don't make sense because they would be used more often.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the shades in this palette! I love that it has two shades that can be used as transition shades and one matte brown bone highlight. The shimmery golden shade is beautiful!! The blush is a cute rosy shade and the highlight looks awesome on my light/medium skin tone. I suggest applying a wet spray like setting spray onto your brush before dipping into the highlighter and shimmery shades bc I guarantee you will have glitter fallout all over your face if you don't. Besides all those things, I am highly impressed with the formulation of this palette because I was not a fan of the previous Maybelline palettes they had came out with in previous years.

I love the ease of the blending and colors. It was given as a gift, and I was skeptical because pink is not my color, but it looks great! I'm just wondering if the individual colors are available, as one of the eye shadow colors broke and separated out of the pallette.

Great colors, and Im very happy with the product, but when I got the package, the pallet was very dirty and scratched up.

If there had been only eye shadows I would not have bought it.It' s my first palette, I love it's soft on the eyelids and the description with tips to use are easy and effective. I would like a magazine for brushes and a mirror. After a use of about three months the thing that I like a little less is the blush, I would have liked fuchsia pink (which seems a strong color to see but on the face is beautiful) .The most beautiful color is black, also violet is very nice.

I would have giving a zero stars if I could. The product came with half the lid broken and gone. The product inside was all in a powder state and all over the inside of the box. All in all a disaster.
