Mazola Corn Oil Plus, 40 fl oz

I've been using this exact oil since childhood in the '70s. Very little in the skillet when frying boneless chicken breast %26 very long lasting in the deep fryer when all I cook in that is potato wedges so the oil doesn't contaminate other foods and it stays clean and clear looking. I highly recommend this.

i use this stuff in my tamales. it replaces the need for lard. works fine and still retains to need for corn.

had recipie so i used it although we usually stay away from seed oils

This cooking oil is fine; I normally buy corn oil 100% but saw the health benefits of this blend on the label. Not being a blend, pure corn oil will no doubt last longer. Remember that with the proper care, cooking oil can last almost forever. A well-known greasy spoon diner admitted they had never changed their oil: never. They just filtered it so it could last decades. Any oil will separate from the debris in the pan after 12 hours. So gravity can clean your oil for you. Use this cooking oil in good health and keep it filtered and usable...forever...

I like this blend of corn oil and canola oil. This is good tasting and healthy for making tacos or frying chicken. It doesn't seem to splatter too much and has a more neutral flavor that is not too heavy. Low fat, no cholesterol.

This leaves a horrible taste in the food. It's not good.

The ingredients picture online only say corn oil. But on the bottle, it says corn and canola. I got it for my sister who can't have canola oil.
