My family loves Mexican food, so this was an easy recipe to add to our family dinner. The flavor was authentic to think it was made in a restaurant. The kids had tacos and my and Hubby had a salad bowl with the chicken thrown on top. It was awesome! We love McCormick already and use all their seasonings. I can't wait to add this one into our rotation.

I wanted to review this chipotle chicken bowl seasoning packet that was sent to me ( for free) from McCormick to taste test (in exchange for my honest opinion/review) As a single mother of 4 young children ( all of whom have their own little pickiness with eating and foods) it is hard to find new recipes that I can make with confidence that they will love. This McCormick's chipotle chicken bowl seasoning packet was delicious! To my delight and surprise each one of my littles came, asking if they could have some more. I really thought this had a very yummy bold flavor, yet without the spice you would normally expect when seeing the word " chipotle" Which is a huge plus for the kiddos and I. I've bought seasoning packets before and they are either too salty or too spicy or the flavor is too mild. I loved this because it was all that the other seasoning packets were not. Huge plus for me is that my kids loved it also. I would definitely buy this product again. I also had some inspiring ideas as I ate my chicken bowl. I thought the chicken flavored with the chipotle seasoning would be so good in a salad or a burrito. So I may have to try those next. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good bold (in all the right ways) flavored chicken without the spiciness. It has no resemblance to what the seasoning for a burrito bowl tastes like. If anything this is a dry rub for grilling at best.....Not for a burrito bowl
