These aesame seeds add the perfect crunch and nutty flavor to so many foods. I used them for sourdough bagels. They add a new level to the bagels. I especially love how they toast up and bring extra texture and flavor without overtaking the bagel. They also make food look more fresh and appetizing. A simple ingredient that elevates almost anything it's added to!

We cook a lot of Indian food so heavily use sesame seeds as seasoning. It adds a nutty flavor to the food. I like to cook it a little more at times to bring out the crunchiness. It also has health benefits which is a plus. My husband likes to garnish over grilled chicken.

I received this item for free in exchange for my honest review. The 1 ounce size is a good choice if you don't use sesame seeds too often. I've purchased larger amounts and they just go stale before I can use them. The McCormick sesame seeds are plump, uniform in color and have a nutty flavor. I didn't find any loose hulls in the container. They tasted very fresh. I didn't need to toast them for my recipe so I can't comment on that but even without toasting they had a nice flavor.

I've been trying to use sesame seeds more because they are so versatile and I was excited when asked to review this product! I find the sesame seeds are refresh, nice in color, and perfect to cook with or as a topping. The jar has a lid for freshness. I'd buy this again.

I love cooking and I love McCormick spices . There are so many different spices . I love the flavor of the sesame seed spice . Perfect for my stir fry dishes, add to my teriyaki chicken . So flavorful and very versatile spice . McCormick has a great spice selection.

A small container of pretty average sesame seeds. The packaging is called Flavor Sealed, but sesame seeds have a very subtle flavor that isn't particularly helped by that. Price per container is also known to be quite high for McCormick products versus other retailers.
