The McDavid sleeve has been very helpful I have carpal tunnel in my left hand I'm also developing osteopenia in this arm, but I've been working very hard at strength training and lifting also performing bodyweight exercises using my arms and these have been very helpful for me I would definitely recommend.

My son is a professional gymnast. A lot of boys use this wrist support for practice on pummel horse.

Works well for my occasionally sore wrist when I do my customary weight training. Seems to run small; I recommend a larger size when in doubt.

Unfortunately I think I bought a size too small, but there is nothing wrong with the bands themselves. Good quality 👍

These are almost perfect, the reason I say almost? My husband is 6 ft 6 so this is a bit of a struggle to put them on. I can only hope when the elastic loosens a bit it will be a more comfortable fit for him

The wrist sleeve is well made and easy to adjust, but I find it too be too tight. I don't have large forearms or wrists, but ordered the large size thinking I could use the adjustment strap to pull tighter if needed. But the sleeve is tough to slide on and too snug.

Any recommendation for 7 inches wrist? M or L?
