the charger port broke and doesnt charge

my son LOVES this tablet when its working ive had to return and get new ones like 5 times now. due to the charger port not working, screen not turning on etc. its an awesome tablet when its working but it has its issues so be weary when buying this product. this is my only review to date and im only doing it because im fed up with this company.

screen came already cracked when recieved was semi functional and then completely stooped working

I bought this for my 5 year old on May 27th, it is now July 17th and the tablet will not charge. It is now a usless paperweight. We have tried every charger in our house. They all work on our phones. This tablet was only used for two hours a day (parental lock), and not even every day. I was a great device, but for almost $100 it should have lastest longer than two months. so disappointed.

unfortunately, it stopped working soon after we got it. it no longer turns on and customer support only had an email but they have not responded for quite a few days.

I ordered two. One is still fine the other has quit charging. We gave them to our kiddos for Christmas so we haven't even had them a full month yet.

The screen is very easy to crack the screen blacked out.

This product is a nightmare and don't even bother buying the Allstate protection plan. They'll deny the claim because the product discrimination doesn't match what's on the tablet. Save your money, time, and peace of mind!!!

They barely cut on and that's if they want too. The battery life is about 1-3 hrs. The cases don't fit properly. They suck do not recommend this item for anybody
