This tool works so well I don't know how I got by without one before. Tenderizes with each push Downward into the meat ( makes beating with a hammer Stone Age technology) effortlessly makes the tissue just break apart and allows seasonings to be anbsorbed by way of the tiny slits y(48)with each downward press . Can't go wrong simply love it plus easy to clean and safe to handle to clean by n after use. .

This made my T-Bone So Tender. It melted in my mouth! Thank God, someone makes a product that does what They say it will. I Hit a Jackpot when l got this! Sorry no Pictures of the Steak. I took one Bite and couldn't stop.. too take one ! That's the Truth.

I thought the picture didn't illustrate it well because it only had a frontal view (no side view) so it looked like it was one row of blades but it's actually 3 rows - which is great. It's also much larger than it appears in the picture, but it's still a comfortable fit in my hand. (I'm sure I would have know ALL OF THIS had I read the specifications :). It appears to be good quality and I can't wait to actually use it. I like that it has a heavy plastic cover to protect the blades and also so I don't have to worry about accidently stabbing myself). I would recommend this.

Bana- used this on a bottom round roast. I cut it into steaks. then used this to help breakdown the meat. then used a mallet style to pound it even and flat. first time I used this. it worked to will, the first two fell apart. (over pounded, lol). useing both styles of meat tenderizers was much faster and easier on the arms; the bottom round turned into cube steaks. that were tender and flavorful.

Cheap lean cuts aren't supposed to be tender but this makes a huge difference in tenderness. Well worth the money in my opinion. Slather butter or bacon drippings (or both) onto your hot steak at the table for an added bump flavor. Yum!

This is an excellent tool and easier to use and does a better job than those “hammer like” ones. Handle holds water after washing but I fixed that Definitely satisfied with this product!!

Got this to sub for meat mallet that made too much mess unless meat was in plastic and then got plastic beaten into food. This works great to tenderize but does not flatten meat. Some recipes need flattened meat and others don't.

This is bodacious! My white meat chicken fell apart after usage ad cooking.

Well worth the money. Great for chicken, beef, and pork. The “mini-blade” pins work much better than needle-pin type units, cutting meat fibers rather than simply puncturing them.
