This is a great digital - instant read thermometer. It is easy to use with very fast calibration. The backlight makes the numbers easy to read in any light. It cleans up in a breeze! Best thing is no longer having to hunt in a drawer for the thermometer since it is magnetized. I just attach it to the refrigerator and it’s always easy to access. The bright red adds a little color to my kitchen, too! Great price, too!

The Cooking Thermometer works great and is fast and accurate! It has adequate instructions, and is magnetic so you can easily attach it to your fridge or range hood. I used it today for the first time and was impressed how quick it gives you the correct temp in Celsius or Fahrenheit reading. It even came with an extra battery. Its very easy to view as it is backlit and has a clip to attach to your apron if you wanted to. No more guessing about when your food has reached a safe temp for human consumption. My mother uses this at her job. She works at the local community center. The big display helps her temp the food and the digits show up nicely. She uses it for baking or smoke whatever.

This is a nice little temperature probe. It came with an extra battery, which I found very useful. to turn the product on you just extend the probe out. it comes with detailed instructions on recommended temperatures of different meats. I have not used this product yet, but I think it will come in very handy..
