I like this better than the attorney hearing aids that fit in my ears because those have a tendency to fall out in public places and then I can't find the hearing aid. They just fall out. It's not worth the money to buy something that's not going to hang on your face.

As a person that's hard of hearing this aid is great %26 there's a 4 level volume %26 the 4th one is the loudest, it my not be Bluetooth but it'll amplify good/great sound quality, etc. I do recommend this product for a backup because it does work %26 its loud, etc.

These fit great, sound wonderful, and didn't cost me thousands of dollars. Can be adjusted for sound. Discretely worn. Stay in place and sound great. 😊

it's a good sound amplifier. not quite as good as the OTC hearing aids in noise reduction. fits good and easy to use. the sound dial is ready to use and the on and off button are easy to use. charging was easy to figure out also.

I have very short eustachian tubes %26 traditional hearing aids stopped working for me due to causing blockages that led to repeated ear infections. I had such high hopes that the amplifier would solve that issue. My improved hearing was so promising, but I ultimately experienced the same complication after using it. I would recommend this product to others even though I personally experienced negative complications. I just happened to be an atypical "patient".

For an elderly person who is losing hearing, this is the best and closest you can get to a regular hearing device that would cost over 1000.00. The only bad thing is that it doesn't stay in the ear; no matter how hard you push it in, it pops out, and then the sqwealing begins—a horrible sound. I wish there was a way to remove that tiny insert and replace it with its mold; then it would be perfect

It is exactly what it says it is. It is a hearing amplifier so if you were trying to cheat like I was in, skip the hearing aid and get this instead, save your money get the hearing aid.

It works very nicely in smaller places, like small stores or at home, however the static noise does get annoying after a while! In large places like the mall for example, everything is picked up so I've found it harder to hear.

Extremely hard to use. It has two buttons on the back side for on/off and volume. However, earpiece has to be in the ear. Adjustment attempts can easily set off a squeal‼️

It worked good for 2 months and then the wire got a short in it! Charged easily and sound was good,but the price was too much for this item,also a bit big to stay behind the ear
