My scalp can not use the same shampoo over %26 over. After awhile my scalp gets scabs, (I have long thick curly hair) This medical dandruff Shampoo works with one application. Then my scalp is free of scabs. I depend on the price and value of Wal-Mart off brands. 👍🏽
This has been a holy grail for me. ive suffered from dandruff all my life and recently developed severely dry skin on my face (havent consulted a derm to determine why yet). This stuff legit works better than anything head and shoulders has ever done for me. it's true to its word when it says it can treat multiple reasons for dry flaky scalps. and I went ahead and tried it on my face to see if it would help my dry skin there, because absolutely nothing else has worked. and low and behold it worked wonders. i only have a few problem patches compared to how bad my skin used to be (we're talking scab texture levels of dry skin on the face bad). Now because its base ingredient is tar, it does have a distinct smell most will find unpleasant. i didnt like it at first but ive since gotten used to it and its not so bad once you get used to it. i use it every other shower for my scalp and my face. I'd give it 10 stars if I could honestly. ive been using it for about 6 months now and the results have been wonderful
stinks so bad but totally worth it. i have psoriatic arthritis and my psoriasis has been bad lately, this shampoo has helped to control some of the flaking and peeling while i wait for my insurance to stop playing with me and get the medicated shampoo and cream for my scalp. just run the fan in your bathroom and mke sure you have good ventilation. also, was it out real good and condition the ends of your hair with a good, strong smelling conditioner. blow dry!!
My hair has dandruff long time ago; I try a lot differently shampoos but not help population Medicasp Coal Tar Dandruff Shampoo for Dandruff fully help stop. Now my hair no longer has dandruff, I love this product give me the best results and chip price. I recommend to everyone.
Tried this on a whim since the brand I normally use during a scalp flareup was unavailable. Great shampoo. I even like the smell
Best dandruff shampoo i have ever used! Nothing else works for me besides this! I've noticed a different after one wash!
great item thanks
Only started using it so we'll see if it helps control my severe dandruff problem! Doesn't seem to be a smell. It lathers up well!
Very good shampoo... A little expensive, but worth it!
I have only used it once and let me tell you that it smells like engine oil! It smells when you pour it into your hands, when you are washing your hair, when you rinse your hair, when you brush and dry your hair! My dad is a mechanic and that smell is unmistakable. I don't know if it helps with dandruff since I only used it once but I haven't felt any itching.
