For the most part they stay up around your calf They Are easy to put on especially if you have bigger calves they feel good around the calves not real tight and they do breathe But they seem to ware out fast @ least my definition of fast . The elastic does stat falling down when they get a lot of use . But you have to remember everyone has different sizes Of calves. So I would imagine that would vary on different people. They are comfortable to ware .

I have tried other brands of socks for big guys and they simply did not give the desired results. I wear 8" high work boots almost every day and the Mediped Crew Socks are perfect. Not only are they non binding on the top, they are made with reinforced areas on the toes and heels and do not slide or bind. I have nothing but good things to say about these great socks. I would recommend that you try these great socks, the price is very reasonable and a super value all the way around.

Excellent in that socks apply gentle pressure around lower legs which is preventing fluoit build up and blister eruptions. These hardly leave any ring type marks at the top %26 are EZ to put on. This XL 12-15 size does the job on my shoe size 11 shoe size without squishing toes. ALL of these sock types shrink slightly during washing so buy these 1 size larger than what I previously bought are well worth it and fit as good as can be expected. OBTW: tried the Dr.S brand diabetic socks and they left pretty deep indentations at top of sock. These Medipeds apply just the right of pressure and are keepers.

Thought price was a little high but nonetheless it wasn't a dealbreaker. Saw product a few dollars lower but Walmart faster shipping and ordering convenience much better.

XL good for elderly man - size 11 1/2 shoe. Stays up. Not tight.

These are the most comfortable socks you will ever put on your feet. The do not bind your calves and they stay up. They are soft and cushion your feet. I buy the woman's for myself and purchased these for my son who stands all day as a TSA officer. Best socks ever!!

Good work socks

As far as socks go, these seem fine. They are comfortable and feel well made. Though they don't seem very durable. But they actually are it the product I wanted. I searched the Walmart site for “compression socks” and this was the top result. But these are Not compression socks, though I didn't know that until I got as holding them. I'll be sending them back.

The description said "non binding". They absolutely did bind the top half of my feet and my ankles. Very disappointed.
