Mega Bloks First Builders Big Building Bag, 80-Piece (Classic)

We already have an older version of the Big Building Bag and it was nice to see that the new bag has new colours and shapes. On it's own it is a great starter set for your wee one but for us it adds more volume and a new dimension with the additional colours and shapes.

I received this item for free for my review. Although the packaging is pink and the colored blocks are a bit more feminine this was used by my 5 year old and 1 year old sons. The large sized blocks are perfect for my 1 year old and still provide entertainment for older children. Their favorite part of this oversized blocks in building towers and trying to knock them down with cars and balls. Bonus, big pieces aren't as easy to accidentally step on! For a baby who is not yet 1year old - size of blocks are of a size that can be picked up but not swallowed. Helps with grip and grasp before they are old enough to work out how to put them together. Lovely bright colours and easily washable

They kept her busy and interested. As a parent I enjoyed the safety of the size for her during her toddler stage. They even come with a storage back which makes clean up easy and convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this block set! The colors are vibrant and the blocks stay together nicely but are not hard to take apart when done playing. The set comes in a bag that is sturdy and has a zipper so it is reusable. The bag is roomy enough that the pieces can be put back in it broken down into smaller sections without having to separate all the blocks into individual pieces.

I really like that it comes in a durable bag with a zipper and handle you can use to store them. My daughter really enjoys playing and building with these. I like the large size so I don't have to worry about her playing with them. Sometimes my little one has a hard time getting them together and apart but she is young and it isn't a problem for me or my older children.

Which worries me because they are small and she tries to eat them. But with these Mega Blocks she can bulid her own creations and I dont have to worry about them getting eaten. She loves the bright colors and they are easy to use and don't hurt as much when you step on them.
