My son loves these and collects them to all . They are well made and easy to build .

The directions were somewhat difficult and it was sometimes hard to find the piece you need since the packages were not separated by step so you had to open all the piece packages at once. All said and done my 7 year old really liked this and now wants all the other ones pictured on the box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this item with my 8 year old son in mind. He has autism and loves anything with wheels and also likes to take things apart and put them back together. What I didn't realize is that this set is comprised of 90+ small pieces (I thought by the picture it would be 10-20 larger pieces). That's obviously not a bad thing about the product itself- I just personally wouldn't have picked this item for my son if I was aware. Anyway, he was excited to unbox this and sort the pieces but refused to even look at the directions. He spent a good few hours playing with this but never actually built it the way it's supposed to be built. After he went to sleep, I decided to try it out. I like how the instruction book has a QR code that allows for digital instruction but I decided to go old school and use the book. It's been years since I've built a set like this, but I had no problem following the instructions. I think it took 10-15 minutes for me to finish building it, so not bad at all. I do think this is a great concept to mash up Hot Wheels with a building set and definitely think this is something older kids (without fine motor limitations) and adults can enjoy.

It's fine, but it's not ‘Lego' so the pieces truly hurt to put together. And just not as good quality.
