nostalgic love
absolutely awesome. being able to get something like this and build it was really cool. I've been a fan for a long time and having my own dex from my childhood was awesome

I got this on sale as a last minute Christmas gift, the kids loved it and I thought the cards and it opening was really neat . Maybe I'm just getting older but my Lego's didn't do that growing up lol. Definitely worth every penny . Would recommend to Anyone with Pokémon fans .

Great brand
I bought this for my daughter who builds Lego's frequently but saw this Pokemon Mega set and wanted to try these building blocks. I have to say this turned into a realization that I can now save a ton of money buying these building blocks instead of Lego's .To be honest I wasn't sure these were going to be acceptable to an avid builder who has build tons of lego's but she said it was a similar to the name brand and a lot cheaper.

Honestly i have no idea if all pieces are there or if it's easy to assemble... it's a gift and in my closet waiting to go to my family member. But I've never known Lego to have any issues. I'm giving 5 stars because I'm expecting it will be up to company standards. AND I bought it for under $14 instead of nearly $50! Awesome deal!

A fun build!
I really enjoyed this build and would recommend for any Pokemon lover/fan! I got it at a discounted price but even if it was full price I would have still enjoyed building it :-)

Definitely not LEGO
It did the job it was needed for with my Professor Oak costume. That being said, MegaBlocks are not LEGOs. The quality differences are very apparent. Hopefully when LEGO releases their Pokemon sets in 2026, we can get an improved version.

Fun, missing pieces.
This was fun to put together. However it's by no means a breeze. Halfway through I had to take part of it apart, as there were no mention of pieces to add to complete the build. Also, I had two missing pieces and one partially melted piece(but it worked). All in all this is a good set.

WALMART is Not the place for COLLECTOR Items
BEWARE! Used/open missing parts! I purchased 3 via the "Buy now" option. Placed order before 8am, Store decided not to pull item for 10hrs- and cancelled. So, I ordered 2 more- Both were delivered next day, BOTH Open and Missing Key Parts. This is the norn with Walmart. It is now My Job to Box/Print/Return Items and find a new gift for my son. *WALMART is Not the place for COLLECTOR Items.*
