the taste is not great but is not as bad as other reviews I'd read. after a few days it has helped my energy levels a bit. hoping longer take it will help more.

This product is of high quality, no problems with constipation that you often get with iron supplements. Very highly recommend.

You have a great product, it taste good and I'm sure that it will work fine for some people unfortunately for me the iron ingredient is the same as what I was taking in pill form and it doesn't work for me. Thanks for giving me the opportunity to try your formula.

This supplement gave me a rash all.over my back in less than a week of taking the minimum dose. It caused constipation and it stained my teeth. I don't recommend it at all.
