Very happy with the product. However, it took two people about two hours to put this monster together. You have to have tools as well.
Glad i bought it on clearance would definitely have been upset if i had paid full price . With more than a 5mph breeze it wont keep temp above 275 with the lid closed . Some of the holes for assembly were over 3/8th inch out of place rendering a few screws left over after assembly “I've put together everything from heavy equipment to doll houses not an amateur “. But other than that for the 300 i paid its an ok unit
Slightly disappointed as the bbq arrived with pieces missing. I can still light up the main part of the grill and it seems to be working well. Overall the bbq seems a little on the flimsy side - not as sturdy as I'd hoped.
Loved the grill, took like 3 hours to assemble I found it a bit ridiculous. The instructions are kinda hard to follow, and why can't it be mostly put together for us?
The knobs are not very good. The stove burner switch couldn't be installed due to lack of flexibility of turning the switch properly .
There are few dings and dents on delivery. Can we order replacement parts? Not sure where to go or call. Was left right out of the driveway instead of the front door as requested. See some photos attached.
Total smashed, box grill damaged box taped up and still shipped to me, waited for nothing, returned and purchased a new grill somewhere else, not the first time, will not purchase anymore big items from them, will only wait for disappointment, but returned for refund
The absolute worst experience I've ever had ordering something on line. I will never order again from Walmart on line. I ordered a lp gas grill on Dec 4th and have still not received all the parts to put the grill together. I'm truly done with all email and non communication with Walmart and Nexgrill it has been just terrible never again.
There is a dent in the grill when I received it
it is a refurbished grill, and there are dents all over it. also, it didn't come with manuals. additionally, the quality is so bad, i just fired grill to see how it is, and cooking grate is broken.
