It was perfect and not a bad price! It holds snugly on the vent, never slips, and still allows some air to come through. Like other magsafe items it holds so tightly with the magnetism that I didn't need to use the clips to hold my phone in place. But they are there if you want them! I love being able to have my phone charge while the gps is running. We just took a 12 hr trip with 20 people and this was perfect for that. I could run and see the gps easily, my phone stayed at 100% the whole trip and during our several bathroom stops, it was super quick to just grab the phone and go. Highly recommended!!
Love how fast it charges but sometime with the case that's designed to charge it with I have to remove
I love that the arm length into the air vent is adjustable and that the MagSafe works with my case so I can just throw it up there and go!
This is an excellent cheap MagSafe charger that holds my phone well.
Fits nicely in car and hold phone like it should.
I have the iPhone 13 and this works really well for it. I have to use my regular charger in my car rather than the one that came with it, but that charger will come in handy for the upgraded charging ports that are making their way around the newer phones. My phone does magnetically attach to this which is really nice and super convenient! I love having this in the car.
This is a review for the 2-in-1 Magnetic Wireless Charger phone mount It comes with a cigarette lighter car charger, a device that has a magnetic and or clamps to hold your phone, a type c charging cable, and an air vent hook. It is a sleek black look on the device. The front is shiny black, but the sides are a matte black. It does scratch up easy. This device has little clamps on the side that can be turned 180° so it can hold your phone for sure. This device is designed to be magnetized to phones that are magnetic mobile phones, but if the magnet in your phone is weak, or you don't have one, this has clamps that you can turn around to hold the phone and keep it from falling. The clamps are very strong and go out about an extra half an inch per side by pressing them out by hand. It may not hold phones with big thick cases. This phone holder also requires phone with a type c port only because the port in the device will only fit a type c cord. When you go to attach this in your car vent, you want to have the little red square all the way at the end of the device by turning the knob fully left, then put it into your vent, and then turn the knob to the right to tighten fully and keep it from falling out. The device was not too heavy, and it did not put too much pressure on my air vent. An important side note: you want to make sure you're keeping a lookout on the carport cigarette lighter for clues on how it is charging and if there are problems. I noticed that it is a constant white color when it is charging correctly. The directions are very helpful and explain exactly how to set this all up in your car, and which lights to be aware of. You should be wary of especially flashing blue and red lights, and a flashing red light is not good; red and blue flashing either means it is over or under voltage, and the red flashing means overheating. The cord was long enough to reach from my car charging port, which is in the middle of my car, so it should be long enough for pretty much everyone. This seemed to charge my phone pretty fast, and I was very impressed with this device. My phone is not magnetic, so unfortunately it would not work with the magnetic base, however the clamps held my phone in just fine. It probably would work with a small to medium sized phone case, but not a big bulky one. I tested out the magnet, and it is very, very strong, so I think this will be great for people who have magnets in their phone. I do not think this phone holder will drop a phone at all. Overall, I am very pleased with this device and I think it is great for people who need a quick and easy way to charge their phone and keep it safely in place near them. You can use it to charge your phone, or just have a way to store your phone on your drive home.
For reference I have a Galaxy S20 FE. This is a wireless phone charger for your car. It works with or without a magnetic phone. With my phone it charges with or without the case - it's more like a skin. It comes in two pieces which are easy to put together. It has a charging cable and cigarette lighter adapter. If your phone isn't magnetic you can flip the side pieces to the front and they keep the phone in place while it charges. Overall it's convenient and useful.
As a phone mount, it works by clipping it onto the air vent and locking it in place. For an iPhone, the case has to be removed for the magnet to work. The phone can be rotated 360 degrees and be held into place with two side clips that can be extended if the phone has a case or phone has no magnet. I don't know why this is called a wireless charger and I am confused why this comes with a plug.
This is a good phone holder your phone will stay firm like it was tacked in like a 70s Chevy bumper. To charger your iPhone 12 Pro Max You have to use a 65W laptop Charger to get it to work. I would not recommend anyone buying this but a good magnetic holder.
