The true Melantonin!!!
"I used benadryl to fall asleep and used to feel hung over all through the next day...I'm so glad I ran into these Melantonin over a year ago and this bottle last me much longer..I'm an insomniac and a musician so nightime I find it hard to fall asleep, but when i take these I drift away 5 minutes at the beginning of my late night movies lol, plus i awake in the morning energized, no drained hang over feeling!!!..goodbye to benadryl Melantonin is now here to stay!!!

I have trouble falling asleep...
I chew 2 of these to relax so I can fall asleep before my "sleep aids" kick in. Seems to work most nights.
