This product review is for Melissa & Doug Easel Accessory Set - Paint, Cups, Brushes, Chalk, Paper, Dry-Erase Marker. You get everything that you need for your child to begin painting immediately. It comes with 4 primary color paints that are non-toxic and washable. You get red, blue, yellow, and green. The colors are rich and vibrant and, again, washable, as we discovered after getting the paint all over our hands:) The paint cups are wonderful and have a spill proof design and have lids to keep the paint from drying out. It comes with cups for the paints that includes tops with holes for the paint brushes that also come with the set. The cups minimize spillage of the water. It also comes with chalk and an eraser. The kit contains everything that your child needs to begin painting. I received this product at a discounted price in return for my unbiased review.

This product is great and I was so overwhelmed with all the supplies it came with. Can't wait till I can play with this with my daughter. She'll love it.

4 1/2 year old granddaughter really seems to like it -- immediately painted several pictures of rainbows -- taking a bit longer to work with the letters & numbers, but seems interested in them, too -- hasn't yet tried the white board markers or the chalk board

I bought this set to complement the easel I had already purchased for my daughter. I was very impressed with all that was included, especially a whole roll of paper! And the price was great for what was included. This will be the perfect Christmas present for her!

I got the art set for my 3 year old for Christmas. He is using the chalk for his chalkboard, the large eraser for chalkboard and dry erase board. While I was beside him, having prepared the paints in the cups and cut paper from the included roll, he spent a long while creating 5 paintings. The paints were washable and he did some finger painting with them too, but he cleaned up well with soap and water. Great set for ages 3 and up!

We bought an easel for our granddaughter back when she was 2, and now she's 6 and the supplies that she has made much use of just really needed a refresh. This pack is bringing her much happiness, not to mention introducing her 2-year-old sister to the easel!

We haven't used all the pieces yet, but the paint brushes passed with flying colors with colored paint soap in the tub with a 4 year old to rave reviews (and repeat requests). Looking forward to slightly less messy paint sessions with the nifty cups. The chalkboard eraser also works great.

Because we are in the midst of a remodel, I was pleased to encounter this set. While my child is too tall for the easel, the accessory set is perfect for the new craft section I am creating in her room. My daughter loves crafts and painting and this set contains enough variety to exercise her painting and drawing needs. I love the cups; this will preserve our drinking cups from serving in different roles. While her arts and crafts area isn't completed, I am pleased to hear that if the items get on clothing and/or tiny hands, the products are washable. One added bonus: the chalk can go into my daughter's tiny pocket and be used outside. She loves to draw and/or make hopscotch patterns on our walkway. These items were very easy to use and accompanied the easel my grand daughter got for Christmas excellently. We love the non spill paint containers, the only suggestion is adding another blank one for mixing colors. I would also suggest adding black and white paints to your basic four. They can do so much more with colors adding black and white. She loves it and we couldn't be happier!

The easel set is nice, but, it is not the same set sold by Pottery barn kids for that easel. I purchased the PB easel, the companion set was sold out. so, I went to Melissa and Doug web site to order. the paint cups do not work with the easel! Very disappointed.
