My one year old loves to play with these magnets that he got for his birthday. These magnets are great quality and I'm not concerned with him choking or accidentally swallowing one because of their size.

Very Much Enjoyed Toy!
My 1 1/2 yr old toddler and I play with these at least once a day. I got a small magnetic board for him to stick these to. I say the animal's name and he says the sound it makes. He really likes them!

Highly Recommend
My 15 month old daughter and I love these magnets! She loves identifying which sounds go with which animal and I love that it helps her develop problem solving and fine motor skills as she has to figure out how to manipulate them and put them in the fridge with the magnet side down. I like that the entire back side of the magnet is a flush, magnetized surface. Finally, I love the animals themselves; pleasant but not cutesy. I just wish I could buy an expansion to this great set! I will definitely consider giving a set of these to any friend whose child is turning 1-3.

Almost perfect!
I would have given this item a five star, but I gave it a four stars because it doesn't have a proper lid on it that keeps the magnets in. It just has a piece of plastic that sits on top, but it doesn't hold the magnets in securely in anyway. Other than that, they are nice, thick wooden magnets with a strong pull so they stick to anything, even really thin sub-quality stainless steel on appliances that most magnets don't stick to. The designs are also very cute. There are a lot of duplicate magnets in this set as the Farm set tho so you really don't need both.
