This is one great pour over coffee filter! It's basically a no-brainer: you put 2 table spoons of ground coffee, you boil water then pour a tad of hot water into it then 45 seconds for the coffee ground's aroma and the acids to settle then pour the rest of the water. Depending on your taste, you can put sugar in it then you have a fresh brewed coffee made for a cup for 1 person and nothing beats this! The construction of this coffee filter is durable melt proof hard plastic so you can make as much coffee as you want. I look forward to every waking morning for freshly made coffee made by this filter and you can be sure that this pour over coffee filter will last you years of everyday use. A bit bulky but craving for a fresh cup of coffee knows no bounds! I don't know about you but I can't function without a decent cup of coffee and this filter makes up for it. A highly recommended coffee utensil that's a MUST HAVE and as close as you'll get from a Starbucks branch!
Simple, convenient and perfect for making a cup of coffee anywhere there's a way to heat water. It isn't much larger than a coffee cup, so it takes little space, and it easily rinses clean. I use it often in motels, heating water in the microwave, or using my Jetboil when camping/hiking.
Perfect for quickly making just a solid cup of coffee. You can take it on the road to make a fresh cup in your hotel room, assuming you have a microwave.
So tired of buying coffee makers like Mr. Coffee that break down in 3 months. Or buying other brands every 6 to 12 months. This pour over cone makes quick great tasting coffee.
Love, love. love it! Can see when the cup is full, no more over fill. Great to make just one mug of coffee I've cut my coffee to one mug a day. if it's only one mug I ant it tp be a great mug.
I bought this to replace one I broke. I like it because you can make just one cup of coffee and can see the level in your cup as you pour water through the filter.
OMG, I use this daily and don't know what I'd do without it. It's larger than my previous one, which makes brewing easier.
Can have a percolated cup of coffee without the heavy clean up. Love it, just toss away the filter, and clean the pour over. Love it!!!
As a truck driver, this little coffee filter holder is invaluable to me! A lot of motels/hotels have coffee makers, BUT some only have those cheesy little 1 cup makers, or none at all. A refill of coffee at most truck/travel stops is about $1.79 per cup! So it is way better for me to make my own coffee in my job, to save a lot of money on coffee refills, and I get a better tasting cup instead of toilet water! (Some places just make the weakest coffee, and I will NOT settle for that!) Well, I go through two 20oz travel cups of coffee EVERY day, and so, when I am in a motel that doesn't have a regular coffee pot, but does have a microwave, I use the thin little ice buckets to nuke my water for each cup (it takes about 7 or 8 minutes to bring 20oz's of water to a boil, and you want the water to BOIL to make a good cup of coffee!), and then pour the boiled water through this filter holder, after placing my own coffee filter in it with about 6 teaspoons of half-caf (can't mention the brand of coffee, but it's a MAJOR brand, and they have a version called half-caf, it's half leaded, and half unleaded coffee, and tastes awesome!) and wa-la, I have a great cup of coffee! :) The ONLY problem with this filter holder is there is only ONE hole in it, and so if you notice the coffee is taking to long to filter, carefully shift the filter a little and you will hear it start pouring faster again. You must be careful though, because obviously if you mess around with the paper filter too much, it might tear, and then you will get coffee grounds in your coffee, yuk! :(
While the item is good, the seller did not bother shipping until 3 1/2 weeks after the order was placed, and several email conversations.
