I recommend reading the directions first (picture of directions below). The MelodySusie Cordless UV Lamp is perfect for my individual needs. Pros: Fits in the palm of my hand. Can keep in purse. Easy to use. Cordless and rechargeable. Curing time for gel polish is about 60 seconds (I used Gellen brand). Glass hard finish results. Can hold individual nail beneath the UV light avoiding exposure of the skin above the nail. UV bead lights can be turned downward or sideways to direct the light away from face. Can be used with just the sensor light to see better while applying regular polish. Doubles as a device holder (Don’t laugh—the instruction manual noted this feature.) I didn’t think the design would work, but it really does steady my cell phone. Cons: Do not place nail too close to the UV light. I felt pain right away. Was fine when I moved further away. Curing time may vary between gel polish brands. Based on the instruction manual probably not suited for commercial use (heavy constant use may burn out the unit). Overall: I am so happy to have a lamp that doesn’t require a cord. I would highly recommend.

This little lamp is actually super convenient. It's small but works really well and cures fast. I like that I don't need to take out my big lamp just to fix one nail or do a quick top coat. Perfect for touch ups. Also really nice that it's rechargeable and cordless. Very handy little thing

Interested in gel nail art. I was excited to get this nail dryer. I got the purple. Really nice and compact. I like the fact that you can fold it and easily put it in your purse or bag. Especially nice for traveling! I’m all about saving space. It came w a c charger and I plugged it in, charged quickly and we were ready to roll! Happy w my pretty little nail dryer. Love gadgets and this one is going to work out great.

I would say this is definitely for beginners but also for anyone on the go or anyone who has been doing nails for a while. I didn't even have to use any of my other lights this one does it all. cured my nails dryed my nails one thing I don't like is the timer for curing the nails don't stay on that long but you just tap the button in top and it comes rite back in. but I was so impressed that it cured my nails as good and fast and it's super easy to use. I would def recommend this to anyone beginners or anyone who been doing it a while. oh and it's super small so you could bring it any where

MelodySusie is the only brand I trust for gel manicures. I have their larger lamp, their drill and bits, etc. I LOVE this little lamp for flash curing! It is well built, comes with a charging cord, etc.

This is such a convenient tool to dry your nails! I never got it used on of these, but it is great for beginners. Super simple to use, and drying time is pretty quick. It really helps if you do not have a lot of time to wait for your nails to dry.

This is the third nail lamp I have gotten from MelodySusie, and they never disappoint. I have needed one that stands for flash curing like this for a while and this one works amazingly. It being cordless makes it very convenient and it is incredibly simple to use, making it beginner friendly. I love this nail lamp and would recommend it to anyone needing a lamp like this.

Bought this this week. Shipped and arrived fast. used it last night for for gel nails. cured perfectly. super useful when doing nails yourself especially with the stand.

I have never been disappointed by a melody susie the product. this is no different. It's so easy to use, and it comes in this cute purple color which I loved! It works super well when I'm trying to do glue my nails but also have to keep holding them down since it lets me see what im actually doing while drying! I love using gel polish and thia helps me so much when doing my nails at home!

This is a cute, little nail light. The drying light is big enough for like a nail or two so you have to keep moving your nails. This is more of an on-the-go item opposed to regular use.
