It was rough the first night since it's such a transition from a normal pillow, but now it's my best friend. Love it. Has helped a lot with acid reflux and sinus issues, as well.

After sleeping on this pillow, there is no going back to any old pillow. It is absolutely the best pillow, supports all sleeping positions and fits just perfectly. I was very suspicious how this would feel, but now I am sold on it.

Im a back and front sleeper sometimes depending how tired I am. But this pillow right here covers back sleeper, front sleeper and also side sleeper. It's so comfortable. And firm but soft.

My sleep score has improved since using this pillow. Love it!

Well, I've only had the pillow for two nights. I have been having excruciating chronic pain for many years. My neck and thoracic being the worst. So far I have woken up with the best relief I have had in a long time. It's not perfect but it certainly better than my old Contour pillow. I think that anyone that suffers with neck pain should try it.

I believe the product is great it just didnt work out for me. im not sure what i need but after a month or so of sleeping with this it hasnt resolved my issue

It wasn't thick, so it didn't support my neck or head. It was cooling which I love, but too thin to support.

I personally don't think it is very supportive. It is too hard and you have to put your head up too far on the pillow for it to help. Tried it with both directions and it doesn't help at all. I wake up with a headache every morning and don't get much rest at night using it. I usually end up pulling it out from under my head. I sleep on my side and back and have a Cpap machine. Not helpful at all.

This looks more the pillow I received, and I would have much preferred the one 1st shown. How do I get an RMA and exchange? The one I got looks like a double beartrap and is not wide enough for my CPAP mask and my head to rest comfortably. I quit using this thing. I replied to your 1st request but got no reply. I will NOT recommend this thing.

this pillow only works if you only sleep on your back!! it is Terrible if you ever turn onto your side and not even an option on your stomach!!
