Awesome so far, I've only had it a few days now, but seems like a great computer.

I don't know what exactly to say about this laptop because of the few negatives that I experienced with it. Let me say this is a great machine. The design is beautiful. It was blazing fast. The audio was amazing-- crispy clear sound. The keyboard lights were beautiful. The keys were so soft you wouldn't want to stop typing. The display? Beautiful! Crispy clear, colorful, and brilliant. The charger was light compared to my old OMEN. I fell in love with it! Now, the negatives. First, I wasn't using it for gaming because I don't play games and that wasn't the purpose. I bought it because of the configuration. So, I was using it for minimal browsing and typing my school work in MS Word. I took out the charging cord at 7:15p after 100% charged. By 10:30p, it was already in battery safe mode with about 20% left. The battery rating says 7.5 - 8 hours of mixed use. It wouldn't have taken more than 4.5 hours to die if I had continued using on battery. Second, I was using it and it suddenly shut off. I put it on again, wondering what just happened, but it shut off, again. Then, I lifted it, trying to check what was going on but felt that it was very hot. I discovered that the fans were not working. I went and reinstalled the BIOS twice may be it would work but no. Eventually, I had to return it.
