These smart light bulbs are super easy to use. Simply download the app, place bulb in desired lamp and walk through the installation process. I was able to program both lamps to go on and off at specific times. I wasn’t expecting that! So much better than having chunky timers plugged into the outlet! Turn your lamp on or off right from the app in your phone. Whether you are home or not! Awesome technology!

Love these wifi smart enabled light bulbs. Theu are so easy to set up and work great. Highly recommended especially if you have kids, because they ALWAYS leave lights on!!! Instead of getting up or yelling for them simply ask google to turn it off/on! Greatest ever we love them!

This is a review of the Merkury Innovations Smart Wifi LED Bulbs. It is a pack of 3 LED bulbs that you can control remotely. The bulbs are non-dimmable and are the equivalent light of a 60W bulb. The color is soft white and the brightness is 800 lumens. You can control them using the Google Home app or the Google Assistant. Or you can use the Geeni app from Merkury innovations and the controls you can do are on/off and set up a schedule. Getting it to work with Google is an extra step of adding it to your Google Home and linking Geeni to Google. It was easy to do. We enjoy being able to turn on and off the lights from our phones - just make sure your wall light switch is in the on position. We also liked that the bulb firmware can be updated from your phone and the app prompts you to do this every so often. It is nice to know that the bulbs are using the most up to date software. Overall we are very happy with these smart bulbs and would definitely recommend them.

These are very easy to use. I like controlling the light with my phone. Perfect for hard to reach lights. Great for when we are not home. You can program them to come on and then go off at different times each day. The random patterns help give the appearance of someone at home. Being able to adjust the brightness of a bulb makes them perfect for each room. I am obsessed with these! I love! i will be getting more for around the house.

The light bulbs came in a small package with a pack of three. The manual gives straight forward instructions. There's a QR code for you to download. You should definitely download this app before installing any light bulb. One you download the app, it is pretty easy. All you need an email in which you will get a verification code. Also have you wifi password ready. Install your light bulb and add a device and it'll ask for your wifi password. It connects and then goes through a software update. Thats it, you're done. One tap on your phone and the light turns on or off. Easy to connect to google home as well.

This is a decent product. It fulfilled it purpose. The light that it gives off isn’t too overwhelming. You’re also able to turn the light on and off even if you’re not right next to it, as long as you’re in range of your Wi-Fi. The light won’t work unless it has a connection to the Wi-Fi or else it’ll more than likely go back to set up mode and start blinking. There is a manual that comes with the lights that will walk you through the steps to get everything set up. The steps are simple enough to follow. I’ve never used smart lights before this and I had no issues understanding the set up process. The set up processes wasn’t necessarily smooth though. Getting the light to connect to my device and Wi-Fi took longer than I thought it should have. There is a “normal mode” of connecting the light to your device, which did not work for me, but there is also an “AP mode” that works as a backup. It took a couple of tries, but I was able to get it connected. There is bit of a wait when connecting, but it’s not too long. The app also keeps on asking me to upgrade, but when I try to upgrade it won’t work. The light still works fine without it. It does say in the description of the product that you’re able to change the color of the light, but the app doesn’t give me the option to do so. I still think that this isn’t a bad product. I don’t really need a purple light. All in all, this is a nice improvement over the standard light.

I was honestly worried that the set up of these were going to be difficult because researching them some people had a hard time setting up the app to control the lights. Thankfully it wasn't difficult at all for me. Can't say others won't have an issue though. We have one in different rooms since it comes with 3. One is in a lamp in the living room, one in a lamp in our bedroom and one in my son's lamp. My son often falls asleep with his light on so I love that we can turn it off without getting out of bed ourselves by just using the app or Google Assistant. The light color is a nice white and they are actually pretty bright. Overall pleased with the ease to connecting to the app and the brightness. Will be purchasing more. The only thing I wish is that the lights were dimmable. If they were dimmable they'd he a full 5 stars from me

These smart LED bulbs are really nice...they are so easy to install and use, It's pretty nice that you don't have to have a hub for the lights to work, you can actually control them with your phone...I am using these with Google Assistant to control some of the lights in the house...I can control the lighting either through the app or I can just ask Google to turn on the bedroom/kitchen/living room lights...Then I can turn the lights off upstairs with my app or with Google from my phone...The app is so-so, it's very limited compared to others but it responds well.

I was very excited to try the WiFi lightbulbs and get them connected to my Exho. Set up was a little more difficult then I anticipated. You must download the specific app, set the lightbulbs up there and then connect them to the Echo. The set up in the app was not easy, and I had to do it multiple times before they set up. I am fairly tech savvy person, so I fear those that aren’t as tech savvy will have more difficulty. Now that they are set up and attached to my Echo, using Alexa makes it super easy to turn things on and off.

dumb me i shoulda googled the setup before hand. this co has an app named geeni in ordee to control your bulb and guess what? the app asks foe your wifi password! if you google geeni app fraud, results pop up that its a Chinese co and it was found to use your router traffic in and out CONSTANTLY! NO THX!
