This is a very cheap and good and reliable product we've been using them for years with very little issues inside and outside of the house. Mercury innovations and genni products are great and we have tons of them all over the house. their customer service sucks but the product is generally good for its price. I would definitely recommend All of their products.
These lightbulbs work well even though sometimes I have a bad Wi-Fi signal.
they work great and are nice and bright!
These lights are really cool. Easy to set up and ready to use with the app, or using your voice with a home device.
The connection and color is very nice
Love my new light bulbs! I love that i can control them from my phone.
I bought these to replace a couple of the older model that finally went bad after four years; I live in a walk out basement apartment so having bluetooth lights has made life easier. The app was easy to figure out and I currently use 10 bulbs, two in my bedroom and 8 in my large living room/dining room. I've programmed a single button for all lights on, one for all lights off, two for Bedroom on and off, one each for dining room and living room, and one for watching TV that shuts off all lights but the two to either side of my 75" TV, and those dim to 20%. My only complaint is with the feature I didn't know they added; they are supposed to have a color reaction to sound, but no matter whether I played music through the phone or through my stereo, they just sit on red. The App also works with their cameras, I have four for security and they are easy to access in real time through my phone no matter where I am. I've put 256GB flash cards in mine instead of subscribing to the cloud service, and they hold 22 days of HD video; I only wish it had a desktop version for Mac OS.
It's a basic "smart light". You can control it via the app and google or alexa but the colors are nothing like that of a Phillips Hue Smart bulb. On the Hue, the colors are much more vivid. For example, in a room with these bulbs, I ask for hot pink, what I get is light pastel pink. When I ask the hue lights to do the same thing, it turns the room into the red light district in amsterdam. You may be happy with washed out colors if it's all you know, so if it's all you know, just don't get anything else and be happy in the budget bubble. I'll also say that I bought three boxes of 4 when I knew I only needed two. I knew some would not work or would flicker or be quickly stop working. So I gathered up all the oddballs and returned them in one box. They are not at a price point where serial numbers on the bulbs are tracked. I like tuya, zigbee bulbs if I'm feeling to cheap to buy Hue
like the colors, control is kinda lame would be nice to have more features like fades from one color to another. some more preprogrammed effects would be nice.
I have had these cameras for months and they are useless. I could never get them to connect. I have tried several times throughout the months at 2 different addresses, I have moved since I bought these and It will not connect to the app, to the Wi-Fi, to anything. Save your money, these are crap.
